Q. What if I am not satisfied with the quality of the good purchased?
A. We take great care to ensure high quality and service. Our products are made of high quality material and are sold at an unmatched price. Hence, it is extremely rare that you will be unhappy with your purchase. However, in the unlikely event of this happening. Q. What are the delivery modes offered by you?
A. Furniture items that are large are delivered directly to the customer’s home in specially equipped furniture vehicles. The customer will be informed of the delivery at least 48 hours prior to the delivery via phone or email. We will contact you to arrange a mutually suitable delivery date. Smaller items may be delivered by a courier service. Our service is the the room of your choice up to the first floor for deliveries beyond the first floor this can be discussed with the couriers.
